Paul D. Petruzzi

Paul D. Petruzzi has devoted his career to representing individuals and corporations in federal and state criminal investigations and prosecutions nationwide. He assists clients through investigation phases (interviews, grand jury proceedings, subpoenas), trial, appeal, and post-conviction proceedings, and has provided assistance with extradition and rendition matters abroad. His practice encompasses a wide range of matters including narcotics, fraud and theft, money laundering, RICO, murder, firearms, sex crimes, and many other felonies and misdemeanors. Paul graduated from Hamilton College in 1990 and the University of Miami School of Law in 1993, where he received a legal writing book award and served as Executive Editor. He began his career in 1993 with Roy Black and established his own firm in January 1999.
