Bianca Bumgardner is a Miami native who has been with the firm for six years as a legal assistant. Her responsibilities include scheduling depositions, drafting and filing motions and legal documents, managing investigative files, organizing digital discovery, coordinating court dates, and assisting with client requests.
She works closely with attorneys on federal and state criminal cases from initial consultation through trial and appeal. She handles document production, maintains case chronologies, and supports trial preparation for drug trafficking, fraud, white-collar, assault, and other criminal matters. Her work spans Miami-Dade County Court, the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is fluent in English and Russian, which helps the firm serve diverse clients. She is familiar with legal software (USAFX) and technology used in criminal defense practice.
