Belen Enriquez

Belen Enriquez serves as Office Director, Paralegal, and in-house Prison Consultant. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, her background includes entrepreneurship, digital art, writing, and legal and political commentary. She holds an Organizational Management degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. She previously taught as a college professor at Miami Dade College's Global School of Business.

Belen joined the firm after her release in 2020. She focuses on complex federal cases including FCPA, international narcotics, drug trafficking, money laundering, and extradition matters. She works under supervision of counsel on trial preparation, investigations, legal research and writing, clemency petitions, compassionate release motions, and prison coaching and consulting. Belen collaborates with Anthony Enriquez on prison consulting, reentry planning, and Bureau of Prisons matters. She is trained in Federal Sentencing Guidelines and assists clients and families with sentence mitigation, designation requests, and reentry planning. Her unique perspective helps clients facing federal charges in Miami and nationwide.
