Beatriz Vazquez

Beatriz Vazquez has been with the firm since 2003. A Miami native, she earned her BA in Philosophy from Florida International University. She was a Florida Bar certified paralegal for over ten years before attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Her work includes hearings, legal research, preparing and filing pretrial motions and appeals, client interviews, and defense strategy development. She is involved in cases from beginning to end, supporting both federal and state criminal defense matters in Miami-Dade and nationwide.

Beatriz handles drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering, white-collar cases, and violent crime defense. She assists clients at bond hearings, arraignment, pretrial motions, and trial. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish and regularly assists Spanish-speaking clients through complex court proceedings in Miami, Broward, and across Florida.
